Mayhem Gym came about as a result of a partnership between Thai Boxing Coach Stevie Nisbet and Boxing coach Stephen Forsyths need to have premises specifically designed for fighting sports, when they found the building they transformed it investing heavily to provide the best facility possible.

The gym has a 12ft Ring and 15 punch/kickbags split over 2 levels, focus mitts, thai pads kickshields, battleropes, kettlebells, powerbags, freeweights dumbbells, medicine balls, everything you need for a great workout, aswell as 2 changing rooms and a waiting area with TV and coffee Machine.
